Privacy Policy

Dabbil is a product of Dibil Corp (“we,” “us,” “our”). This policy covers dabbil.com, which describes an app and lets you join a waitlist to be notified when it’s available. There are no accounts yet, just a signup form.

What we collect

When you join the waitlist, we ask for your email address or your mobile phone number.

When you visit the site, we and our advertising partners automatically receive standard technical information through cookies and pixels: IP address, approximate location, device and browser type, pages viewed, and the ad or link that brought you here.

How we use it

• To notify you when the app is available
• To confirm your signup
• To measure how our ads perform
• To keep the site working and prevent spam and abuse
• To meet legal obligations

We only send you messages about Dabbil.

Advertising and cookies

We advertise on various platforms. To see which ads lead to signups, we may utilize pixels or similar advertiser tracking. These may set cookies and may create a hashed version of your email address or phone number so the platform can match your signup to an ad you saw.

Under some privacy laws, this kind of ad tracking counts as “sharing” personal information. You can opt out of this if desired. See below for additional information.

Who we share it with

We don’t sell your contact information. We may share it with:

• Service providers that host the site and deliver our emails and texts, who may only use it to do work for us
• Meta, TikTok, as described above
• Anyone we are legally required to share it with, or where necessary to protect our rights or safety
• A buyer or successor, if Dabbil is acquired or merges

Your choices and rights

• Email: unsubscribe using the link in any message
• Text: reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help; message and data rates may apply
• Delete your signup: email support@dabbil.com
• Tracking: block or delete cookies in your browser and adjust ad settings in your Meta and TikTok accounts.

Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to access the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, withdraw your consent, or opt out of targeted advertising. Email support@dabbil.com and we’ll take care of it. We may ask you to confirm control of the email address or phone number you signed up with.

Where we store it and how long

We store information on servers in the United States. If you are outside the United States, your information will be transferred here.

We keep your contact information until the app launches and for a reasonable period afterward, or until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. If we decide not to release the app, we’ll delete it within [12] months.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, but no system is completely secure.

Children

The site is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If a child under 13 has signed up, email support@dabbil.com and we’ll delete it.

Changes

We may update this policy as the app develops. We’ll post the new version here with an updated date, and notify waitlist members if the changes are significant.
